Started cycling to gain muscle mass, but the stamina increase was unexpected. Doing HIIT like never before. No noticeable sides except maybe a bit of insomnia.
Didn’t feel anything until week 3, then it hit HARD. Strength was up but bloated. Face looked like a chipmunk from the bloat. Still worth it.
